Training and development at the SNB
We keep our finger on the pulse: Training and development, both personal and professional, are firmly anchored at the SNB. We support our employees in their specialist or management careers with a wide range of internal and external learning opportunities.
Our employees receive ongoing education in courses, workshops and training with experts, as well as in internal exchanges and team-building sessions. We also support staff looking to do in-service training, acquire certificates, or complete additional academic education.
At the SNB, personal and professional development is not confined to the seminar room. We promote networking and new perspectives through cross-divisional projects as well as internal mobility between departments, fields and locations.
We also support our employees individually, for example with coaching or career guidance.
