Preliminary survey of cross-border linkages

The Swiss National Bank (SNB) is legally mandated to collect statistical data on the cross-border linkages of resident companies. To identify companies that may be subject to reporting requirements, the SNB conducts preliminary surveys.

Companies required to participate in a preliminary survey are contacted by letter addressed to their management.

Procedure

  1. Download the "PSBOP" form.
  2. Complete the form electronically and save it.
  3. Upload the form via the Datashare platform.

The Datashare link and password are provided in the SNB letter.

Submission of the form

The completed form is submitted via the Datashare platform. Datashare is a secure SNB platform for the transmission of confidential data.
