Data protection provisions

The personal data you provide in the registration form (hereinafter referred to as 'data') are processed by the SNB for the purpose of your participation in and the conducting of an event. The SNB will also use the data to inform you about future SNB events. If you do not want us to do so, please make a note to this effect under 'Comments'. You can find further information on data protection in the General privacy statement of the Swiss National Bank and the Privacy statement for the website of the Swiss National Bank.

Please note that you may only disclose the data of third parties to the SNB and the service providers involved if you have informed the third party concerned in advance about this privacy notice and they have consented to the processing of their data.

Unless you inform the SNB to the contrary via this form or directly, the SNB may make video and audio recordings during the event in which you may also be recorded. The recordings will be used in particular for SNB internal documentation purposes and where applicable for the processing purposes mentioned in the General privacy statement of the SNB. If you do not wish to be recorded, please make a note to this effect under 'Comments'. We will then contact you to discuss specific arrangements.
